On Friday 25th September Lingdale hosted the rescheduled Ladies Over 55's Open. In cold windy conditions scoring proved difficult with the course playing long following recent heavy rain.
The prize winners on the day were:
1st Place - Karin Henderson, Marilyn Smith, Liz Johnson & Carla Myhill (All Elton Furze) - 79points
2nd Place - Anne Knight, Sandra Bloor, Trudie Allen & Lorraine Cook (All Hinckley) - 75points
3rd Place - Karen Bland, Sarah Bush, Lynne Worden & Pam Bailey (All Beedles Lake) - 70points l/r
4th Place - Sally Lee, Elizabeth Kitchen, Dawn Lewis & Diane Lowe (All Rothey Park) - 70points l/r
5th Place - Tracy Bright, Nancy Davis, Carol Swan & Nicky Taylor (All Mickelover) - 70points l/r
