On Thursday 25th August we hosted the Festival Week Seniors AmAm.
The competition was again well supported with twenty four teams from a large number of golf clubs competing. Unfortunately, there were a number of heavy rain showers throughout the day but scoring remained good with the almost all teams beating par.
The winners of the competition were:
1st Place – Derek Westwood, Mick Fitzgerald, David Goodwin & David Towers – All Lingdale – 89points
2nd Place – Malcolm Ammatt, Vincent Smith, Chris Neve & Graham Pass – Mickleover & Kedleston – 87points
3rd Place – Kevin Doherty, Paul Shelton, Robin Fenn & Gerry Paton – Burton, Branston & Kings Norton - 84points
4th Place -Kevin Ledger, Michael Dilks, Chris Bearsdley & Graham Greenhalgh –Ruddington Grange & Erewash – 83points l/r
