On Friday 26th August we hosted the Festival Week Ladies AmAm.
The competition was again well supported with thirty teams from a large number of clubs playing in the event. The weather conditions were difficult with strong winds which made up a difficult day for scoring.
The winners of the competition were:
1st Place - Lynne Woolley, Jennie Hollis, Nat Atkin & Juliet Darby (All Branston) - 86 Points
2nd Place - Miwako Ito, Maggie Smith, Jenny Avey & Karen Read (Breadshall Priory & Kedleston Park) - 86 Points
3rd Place - Anita Cordery, Anna Fray, Sue Pawson & Jackie Butler (All Elton Furze) - 85 Points
4th Place - Carla Myhill, Liz Johnson, Bonita Nightingale & Honor Porter (All Elton Furze) - 84 Points
