At the recent Annual General Meeting of the Leicestershire & Rutland Golf Union, Keith Tripp, current member and Past Captain of Lingdale Golf Club was voted in as President Elect. This means that for the next two years, he will perform those duties with a view to taking over as President of the Union in two years time.

This is a massive honour for Keith and this Golf Club and we're sure that all Lingdale members join us in congratulating him on his appointment.

At the same meeting, Graham Fox, Past Capatin and Past President of Lingdale, was voted in as a Vice President. This follows on from Graham's retirement as County Fixtures Secretary.

A double celebration for the Golf Club - well done to both and best wishes in your new roles.
